"Day Of"  Wedding Day and Ceremony Rehearsal Coordination
This package is for the bride who has planned everything and would like to enjoy her special day with someone else to handle the details and remove any stress. Two weeks prior to the event, I can assume the role of main contact person for your vendors and schedule a wedding and reception site walk through with the on-site coordinator. I will direct the rehearsal, if not provided by the ceremony site coordinators. I will review your timeline and make sure all vendors are made aware. I then direct all aspects of the wedding day: vendor arrivals & deliveries, distribution of flowers, photos, ceremony, transportation, cocktail hour, and all events of the reception such as wedding party announcements, first dances, toasts, cake cutting, bouquet and garter toss, departure, and packing up of gifts and personal décor items.

This package starts at $1475.00 and includes a personal meeting, unlimited emails and phone calls, 2 hours of rehearsal time and up to 8 hours on wedding day.  

“Finishing Touch” Partial Services
This package is for the couple who has planned their wedding themselves but want to hand their details off to someone with experience weeks or months from their wedding date. I will take care of all of the details from that point on. Communicating with your chosen vendors, creating a detailed timeline for all in the wedding party and vendors, coordinate your rehearsal and be present for all set up, tear down and activities in between on your wedding day. I will take care of all of the finishing touches so that you and your families can enjoy this day of your dreams without the stress of managing logistics and the many details of the day.

Packages start at $2250.00 and include all of “Day of Services” plus all day service.

“The Moment You Say Yes” Full Service Planning
This package is for the busy couple that are looking to have the wedding of their dreams without the time to pull it all together. The average wedding takes 250 – 300 hours to plan. That is what Special Days can do for you. At our first meeting, we’ll spend time getting to know you, your husband-to-be and what’s important to you about each other, your wedding day and the life you plan together. Then, we’ll work with you to make sure we carry out your vision of your perfect day. Not sure about your vision? I will help you define it and suggest the best ways to make it happen. Then we’ll handle every little detail, to make sure your wedding is flawless.

The Moment You Say Yes package includes professional advice, site and vendor research and recommendations, contract negotiation, even honeymoon planning, as well as our onsite coordination of your wedding day. We’ll be there from the minute you say yes till the moment your last guest leaves. With our guidance and impeccable implementation, you’ll see how planning your wedding can be as enjoyable as the big day itself. And how you can be a guest at your own wedding.

Package starts at $3150.00 and includes unlimited emails, phone calls and in person meetings.​​​​
